Constitutional justice in the Russian Federation

The article aims at studying the legal nature and essence of constitutional proceedings with due regard to historical experience modern legislative approaches structure system justice in Russia. main research method was deductive which allowed authors study Constitutional Court its role separation powers also used inductive method, systemic analysis, comparative-legal methods. To solve problem, it is necessary consider foundations features based on amendments made Constitution Russian Federation July 1, 2020. proves that goal control remain unresolved issues. According authors, most important condition for creation a strong judicial power high independence. Judicial errors can cause distrust judiciary.
